Description
Training starts February 4! This group will take you from ground zero to half marathon in about 14 weeks! This group will be an “on your honor” virtual-based training group! No matter where you are, grab some friends and join the fun! Pick a half marathon in your area, or just complete the mileage! You will be given a PDF before we start with the mileage and workouts set for you. Again, this is “on your honor” that you will be participating in the running. You can run, walk or run-walk! Go at your own pace and enjoy the success! We will also have some live virtual talks along the way to keep you motivated, talk about nutrition and to answer any questions along the way!
